The Space
Our venue offers a 42 m² light-filled studio with four original sash windows, period features and a flexible wood-effect floor, plus an additional 18 m² annex room ideal for breakout sessions, storage or private calls.
Facilities include a sound system, Wi-Fi, video projection, a kitchenette with tea and coffee facilities, and a charming front garden with a wooden pagoda.
Ideal for Classes, Workshops and Events
The space is suitable for yoga, Pilates, dance, movement and wellbeing classes, creative workshops, music and performance, conferences, presentations, training sessions, film screenings, rehearsals, photo shoots and community gatherings.
We welcome independent practitioners, organisations and community groups, with regular weekly bookings particularly encouraged and reduced rates available for ongoing arrangements.
Location and Accessibility
12B Asylum Road, London SE15 2RL, approximately 10 minutes from Queens Road Peckham station and a couple of minutes' walk from Old Kent Road.
Please note that the venue is on the second floor and does not have disabled access.

Full day rate (9am - 6pm) = £320.
Max capacity 40 seated.
Small Room
Size: (18 sqm)
Rates starting @ £20ph for one-off use (min 2hrs).
Full day rate (9am - 6pm) = £160.
Max capacity 10 seated.
For ongoing bookings rates, pleas enquire. Storage spaces available on request.
Admin (£20) and cleaning (£20) fees to be added to each booking.
